Short description
A Windows desktop simulator for retention, free and paid installs, reinvestment and multi-game portfolios. You set the assumptions; it shows what they add up to, and how far that could move.

Long description
Mobile Game Revenue Simulator models a mobile game's players and revenue before the developer spends on user acquisition. Every install wave becomes a cohort that decays along an eight-point retention curve; free installs, a paid budget split across up to three markets, and reinvestment drive growth; ad, purchase and subscription revenue are counted with the right cuts taken out; and real-world costs such as overhead, ad-network warm-up, seasonality, rising cost per install and tax are built in. Several games can share one timeline with cross-promotion, and a range analysis re-runs the whole portfolio 200 times to show low, middle and high outcomes. It models assumptions; it doesn't predict the future.

Key features
- Cohorts that decay along an eight-point retention curve you set
- Free installs, a paid budget, and reinvestment of revenue into more installs
- Up to three paid markets, each with its own cost per install and retention scale
- Ad, in-app purchase and subscription revenue
- Real-world costs: revenue cut, running and dev costs, overhead, warm-up, drift, seasonality, CPI scaling and tax
- Many games on one timeline, with staggered launches and cross-promotion
- Range analysis: 200 re-runs with your inputs nudged, showing low, middle and high outcomes
- Results in eight currencies: DAU, breakeven day, return on spend, monthly revenue and take-home profit
