Questions before you buy
Every answer matches how the app works today.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, yours to keep.
Does it post on its own?
Only what you approved, or everything once you turn on automatic approval. Going-live posts use your own words.
Does every clip go everywhere?
Yes, by default: one approval posts it on every platform you've signed in to, each at its own pace. You can leave a platform out.
What if I didn't mean to say “clip that”?
Every clip word is checked by listening again; silence, music and repeated loops don't make clips. Remove any clip with one click.
How many clips a day?
It starts at 3 a day on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, spread through the day, and goes up only when you keep it up and your followers aren't dropping. One shared schedule covers all your channels, so nothing collides. If YouTube says you've hit its daily upload limit, it pauses YouTube automatically.
When do clips go out?
At the hours that work best for you, per platform. Every clip is scored against your usual, with the numbers read straight from each platform, so there are no screenshots to upload.
Can I edit my clips?
Yes: fix the captions, change the edit, stitch moments, or upload your own version. After 30 approved versions it edits in your style.
Can I add music?
Yes. Upload it with its credit line, and the credit goes into every description that uses it.
Does it download my Twitch VODs?
Drop in your recording or VOD file and it clips it. Automatic Twitch downloading is an option you turn on yourself; it may break Twitch's terms.
Which streaming platforms?
Any, because it works from the recording file. Going-live detection is for Twitch.
Which AI?
Free open models on your PC through Ollama. Nothing goes to an AI company; no AI bill.
TikTok?
Auto-post with your own TikTok developer sign-in, or get copy-and-post steps (title, description, hashtags, best time).
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes: on your home Wi-Fi, or from anywhere with a secure link and a passcode.
Can I edit the app?
Yes, it's plain Python, for your own use (see the EULA).
Can I use it for my clients?
No. One license covers one person or one business promoting its own work. Running it for clients or other businesses (agency, done-for-you or white-label) needs a license for each business it runs for. See the EULA.
Mac?
Windows only for now.
Refunds?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Updates?
Free forever. Download the newest version from your Gumroad library; your settings and data stay. See Updates.
Requirements
Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- 16 GB RAM recommended (8 GB works, slower).
- About 10 GB free for the free AI models, plus room for recordings and clips (a full stream can be several GB).
- An NVIDIA graphics card is recommended: speech-to-text and the Studio run much faster on it. Without one it works, slower.
- Your stream recordings (OBS or your platform's download). Automatic Twitch downloading is an off-by-default option.
- For auto-posting: your own free developer sign-ins per platform (the Setup Guide walks through each). Without them, each clip comes with copy-and-post steps.
What's in the download
- The app and installer (double-click Run Looking Glass). A few MB.
- Setup Guide and Operating Guide.
- LICENSE (the EULA) and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.
Installed on first run, free
- Python, ffmpeg, Ollama and its AI models, the speech-to-text model, the libraries the app uses (including OpenCV for smart crop), and a starter set of free fonts.
- Optional: a free Cloudflare account for a fixed phone link.
