Queens Court
♛ FAQ

Questions before you buy

Every answer matches how the app works today.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment, yours to keep.

Does it send things on its own?

Only what you approved. Emails go out at a safe pace; posts and clips go out at their scheduled times.

Which AI does it use?

Free open models that run on your PC through Ollama. Nothing is sent to an AI company, and there's no AI bill.

Can I use it from my phone?

Yes: on your home Wi-Fi, or from anywhere with a secure link and a passcode.

Will it work on my PC?

See the requirements. If Ollama runs on it, Queens Court does.

Mac or Linux?

Windows only for now.

Does every clip go everywhere?

Yes, by default: one approval posts a clip on every platform you've signed in to, each at its own pace. You can leave a platform out.

How many posts a day?

Clips start at 3 a day on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, spread through the day, and go up only when you keep up and your followers aren't dropping, never past a platform's limits. One shared schedule covers all your projects, so nothing collides.

When do posts go out?

At the hours that work best for you, per platform. Every post and clip is scored against your usual, and the results are read straight from each platform, so there are no screenshots to upload.

Can I fix a clip?

Yes: fix the captions, change the edit, stitch moments, or swap in your own version. After 30 approved versions it edits in your style.

Can I edit the app?

Yes. It's plain Python: change the code, templates and rules for your own use, in your own custom folder. You can't resell or share it (see the EULA).

Can I use it for my clients?

No. One license covers one person or one business promoting its own work. Running it for clients or other businesses (agency, done-for-you or white-label) needs a license for each business it runs for. See the EULA.

Does it clip Twitch automatically?

Drop in your stream recording and it clips it. Automatic Twitch downloading is an off-by-default option, because downloading VODs may break Twitch's terms.

Do I need API keys?

Not to start. Auto-posting needs your own free developer sign-in per platform; without one, every post comes with posting steps.

Where is my data?

In the Queens Court folder on your PC. Nothing is uploaded to us.

Refunds?

Yes: a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

Updates?

Free forever. Download the newest version from your Gumroad library; your settings and data stay. See Updates.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
  • 16 GB RAM recommended (8 GB works, slower).
  • About 10 GB free disk for the free AI models, plus room for recordings and clips.
  • An NVIDIA graphics card is recommended for clipping: speech-to-text and the Studio run much faster on it. Without one it works, slower.
  • Internet during install and while it works.
  • For emailing: an email account (Outlook, Gmail or any with SMTP/IMAP).
  • For auto-posting: your own free developer sign-ins per platform (the Setup Guide walks through each). Without them, every post and clip comes with copy-and-post steps.

What's in the download

  • The Queens Court app and installer (double-click Run Queens Court). A few MB.
  • Setup Guide and Operating Guide.
  • LICENSE (the EULA) and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.

Installed on first run, free

  • Python, ffmpeg, Ollama and its AI models, the speech-to-text model, the libraries the app uses (including OpenCV for smart crop), and a starter set of free fonts.
  • Optional: Docker Desktop for free, unlimited web search, and a free Cloudflare account for a fixed phone link.
