The fine print

License, privacy and refunds.

License

The full license agreement (LICENSE.txt) ships with the app. In short:

  • One business, for its own internal use.
  • Edit the files for your own use inside your own business (section 2.1).
  • You may not sell, share or publish the app or your modified version, build a competing product from it, run it for clients or other businesses, or use it to train AI models (section 3).
  • Each client business needs its own license (section 3.5).

The charting library inside (Chart.js) is MIT licensed and keeps its own license file.

Privacy

The app runs on your PC and works offline. The one exception is the optional Fetch current rates button, which contacts an exchange-rate service only when you press it. Gumroad's checkout collects what a purchase needs (such as your email address and payment details) under its own privacy policy. I receive your email address and order details to deliver the app and help with support, and never sell or share them.

This website counts visits to its main pages: only the page name and how the visitor arrived, with no cookies and no visitor ID, in a Google Sheet. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on aren't counted.

Refunds

14-day refunds, no questions asked. If it isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund, back to your original payment method through Gumroad.

  • Request it through your Gumroad receipt, or email madteapartydevelopment@outlook.com with the email address you bought with.
  • After 14 days, refunds are at my discretion, except where the law gives you a right to one.
  • If it won't run, email me first: most problems can be fixed the same day.
